  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of furniture and accessories under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request is made within 15 days of delivery.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer.
  • Custom-made or personalized items, unless defective.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team.
  • Provide photos or videos as proof of the damage or issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team by email or phone.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to return the product to a specified location.
  4. After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-14 working days.

  • If paid via cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
